Kedrova Anna Genrikhovna

 Kedrova Anna Genrikhovna was born in 1965 in Cherepovets,  Vologda Region.

 In 1991, Dr. Kedrova graduated from the I.M. Sechenov Moscow  Medical Academy.

 From 1991 to 1993 she was a clinical resident, from 1993 to 1996  – a Ph.D. student at the Department of Gynecology of the N.N.  Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center.

 In 1995, she successfully defended her Ph.D. dissertation, in 2002  – Doctor of Medical Science dissertation Disseminated forms of  ovarian cancer (treatment and prognostic factors) while working as  a researcher at the Department of Gynecology of the Institute of  Clinical Oncology, N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center.

 Dr. Kedrova has the highest Doctor category and is a certified  specialist in obstetrics and gynecology (14.01.01) and oncology  (14.01.12). She has completed advanced training in her area of  expertise and postgraduate programs in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2011,  and 2015.

 In 2005, Dr. Kedrova received the Government of Russian Federation Award in the area of science and technology for a series of experimental and clinical studies on biotherapy and immunodiagnostics of malignant tumors.

Currently, Dr. Kedrova heads the Department of Oncology of the Federal Research and Clinical Center of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FMBA) and is a professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Institute of Advanced Training of FMBA.

Dr. Kedrova has been teaching doctors at universities and advanced training institutions for 18 years. She is a highly-qualified surgeon, oncologist, and gynecologist, and as a head of a department she skillfully combines consulting duties with clinical work, can perform any abdominal or laparoscopic gynecological surgery, regularly consults patients and performs surgeries at the Federal Research and Clinical Center and other facilities of FMBA. She also has a vast experience in management and research.

Dr. Kedrova’s main areas of clinical interests are optimization of women’s health at different ages, preservation of reproductive health in gynecological and oncological disorders.

Dr. Kedrova is an active member of several professional associations: Russian Association of Human Reproduction, RUSSCO, IGCS, ESCO, ASCO.
